I'm Anya and I have worked in this wonderful Industry for over 30 years and still LOVE my job! I have been a Manager and a Salon Owner - So I've been in your shoes! I'm still passionate about making my clients look & feel fantastic as well as mentoring and educating the trainees.
I am extremely proud to be a Fantastic Hairdresser Coach - It's really rewarding when I help a Salon Owner to achieve their goals through consistent, disciplined action.

A bit more about me and my background
I have been part of the 'Fantastic Hairdresser Family' for many years. It all began with a Management course, where Alan talked about the 'other 50%' of what makes a Fantastic Hairdresser.
It was then I realised, that as much as 'doing hair', my passion was to make people both look & feel FANTASTIC!
When a client, team member or Coachee client tells me I have inspired, encouraged and motivated them to achieve their goals, I feel amazing too! It's why I love what I do.
Qualifying as a Fantastic Hairdresser Coach has expanded my learning further (a Fantastic Hairdresser is always learning!). I now feel fortunate to be able to use all the personal development skills and Fantastic Hairdresser knowledge that Alan and the Team have taught me.
My job as your Coach is to guide and support you, giving you the drive, discipline and focus to add to your own passion to give you the lifestyle balance you want and the profit you deserve!
