A bit more about me and my background
I am a salon owner of over 16 years, a mum to 3 beautiful girls, a wife to a very supportive husband, a boss/leader/mentor/educator and coach to 6 amazing team members and I have a wonderful salon that I adore. Every day is a crazy day but I always end with a smile and an early night.
I am an early riser; I like to start my day with lots of positivity, inspiration & happiness. I am definitely a planner, every morning I'm sat planning out the day with plenty of To-Do lists, it’s such a great feeling to tick off the To Do’s at the end of each day!
I adore education, learning something new and developing skills. I always have a project on the go (mainly hair related but I am partial to some crafting here and there). My passion for coaching came from seeing how much help and support it can give to someone else. I believe as hairdressers we are constantly coaching our teams without even knowing it, but who coaches the owner? Being a salon owner can be a scary, lonely and hard place to be sometimes - so having the support of a coach is invaluable and can make a huge difference in transforming the way you look at life, business and opportunities.
