Hi I'm Dianne, your Aussie Coach.

I have the ability to bring out the best in you, your salon and your team - bringing experience from both the UK and Australian salons.

A bit more about me and my background
Since entering hairdressing nearly 30 years ago, to moving across the world 6 years ago, to now running my own business - I have developed so much love and pride for this industry of ours and the amazing opportunities and experiences it has given me.
Working in the many areas of a salon from stylist, educator, manager to business owner, I carry a great empathy for the struggles and achievements that comes with each role.
I have always loved working with people and have an ability to nurture and bring out the best in them, giving me so much pleasure in watching them succeed. With my dependable determination and functionality, I love to get to work on setting and achieving goals.
...So the opportunity to work as a fantastic coach has been perfect as I've followed and worked with The Fantastic Hairdresser principals throughout my career.
